A Sept. 18 ribbon-cutting ceremony formally opened the improved trail system in Wintergreen Gorge, a Natural Heritage Area on and adjacent to the Penn State Behrend campus.
The Penn State Behrend Concert Band performed a brief and socially distanced pop-up concert near the entrance to Burke Center on Sept. 29. The band, which is led by Gary Viebranz, director of instrumental ensembles at Behrend, will continue its series of surprise outdoor concerts throughout the fall semester.
