Individual Counseling

No matter what you’re dealing with, individual counseling sessions are here to help. Speak one-on-one with a counselor to help address personal concerns like stress, relationships, grief, anxiety and depression, motivation, and more.

Off-Campus Resources

If your needs go beyond the Counseling Center’s scope of practice, including psychiatric care or ongoing long-term therapy, we can refer you to off-campus resources to ensure you secure the appropriate support.

Crisis and Emergency Services

If you or someone you know is experiencing a mental health crisis or feeling suicidal, immediate help is available. Our counselors are on hand Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., to provide immediate assistance. Outside of our office hours, other crisis intervention services are available.
