The Reed Union Building serves as a central location for students to access services, relax in our lounge spaces, or grab a quick meal.
The Reed Union Building houses:
- Student Services and Offices: Student Affairs and Residence Life, Student Leadership and Involvement, Academic Advising, Career Services, Community and Workforce Programs, Educational Equity and Diversity, Mail Services, Parking Services, as well as offices for clubs and organizations (e.g., The Behrend Beacon)
- Dining and Retail: Bruno's Café, Paw's Coffee Shop, The Galley convenience store, Behrend Bookstore
- Event and Meeting Spaces: McGarvey Commons, Reed Auditorium, conference rooms
- Gathering Areas: Wintergarden, Reed Lounge, MCC Suite, Ben Lane Plaza (outdoor patio), Breakwall (outdoor area)
- Additional Amenities: ATM and vending machines, Little Free Library, Lactation Room

Reed Union Building (RUB) Information Desk
Whether you want to buy tickets to an on-campus event or just need directions, the RUB Desk provides a variety of information and services to both students and visitors of Penn State Behrend. The RUB Desk is cashless and currently accepts checks, LionCash, Visa, and MasterCard as forms of payment.
The RUB Desk also provides financial guidance for clubs and organizations and all programs funded through the Student Activity Fee.
