Guided Study Groups
Guided Study Groups are collaborative learning communities offered for challenging first- and second-year courses. They are offered during the Fall and Spring semesters of the academic year.
We offer a form of Guided Study Group (GSG) called Exam Prep Sessions (EP), which take place in the days leading up to course exams.
These study sessions are led by trained undergraduates who were successful in the course. They review course material, help you master concepts, and assist you with problem-solving and developing critical-thinking skills. They also share study strategies to help you achieve your goals for the course.
Course instructors know the days, times, and locations for the sessions. They are also displayed in course searches on TutorTrac.
