Penn State Behrend’s 2022 THON dancers — from left, Leah Kammerdeiner, Samuel Andrew, Jordan Belfiore, Tyler Reilly and Jennifer Gustafson — helped raise more than $37,000 for this year’s dance marathon.

Planned renovations to the existing Federal House at Penn State Behrend include adding 11,000 square feet to the original brick structure. The new space will include collaborative meeting rooms and a 100-person event room, allowing the Susan Hirt Hagen Center for Community Outreach, Research and Evaluation to expand both its school-focused programs and its partnerships with key community groups, including Erie Insurance, the Erie Community Foundation and United Way of Erie County.

North Philadelphia native Mariatou Bah said Penn State's LiveOn Student Success Grant made the difference in her decision to attend Penn State and fulfill her aspiration to live on a college campus. "Being able to live on campus gives me a lot of opportunities to do things and meet people," the Penn State Brandywine student says.
