Procedures for Returning Items
- Return items to 125 Reed, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
- Please return clothing on the original hanger provided.
- Returned items will be sent for dry cleaning.
- Items that cannot be dry cleaned (such as shoes) will be separated for at least 48 hours before next use.
Failure to Return Items
Borrowed items must be returned by the specified deadline. Failure to return borrowed clothing may result in referral to the University’s formal student conduct process. If a case is submitted, it may be processed as theft or failure to comply, depending on the circumstances. When a case is referred through the formal conduct process, a hold may be placed on the student’s account until the item is returned and Career Services confirms its return. An account hold may prevent students from registering for classes or completing other university transactions. Conduct referrals may also become part of a student’s conduct record.
