ERIE, Pa. — The Behrend Lions won both the men’s and women’s fields at the Behrend Invitational cross-country race. Savanna Carr, a freshman from Franklin, won the women’s race, finishing in 19:35.0.

Matt Dziadosz, a senior from Leechburg, scored two goals in the second half against Allegheny. He has now scored in five consecutive games.

Jack Perfett, a freshman from Moon Township, shot a 72 at the Penn State Altoona Invitational, tying for third overall.
First (of 10 teams) at the Behrend Invitational
Six Lions placed in the top 12 at the Behrend Invitational. Zach Wortman, a freshman from St. Mary’s, was second overall with a time of 26:27.2.
First (of 11 teams) at the Behrend Invitational
Savanna Carr, a freshman from Franklin, won the Behrend Invitational with a time of 19:35.0. Riley Crissman, a sophomore from Bradford, was third, with a time of 19:50.6.
Penn State Behrend 6, Mt. Aloysius 3
Penn State Altoona 6, Penn State Behrend 3
Celeste Bentley, a senior from Harborcreek, and Kelly Miller, a senior from Louisville, Ohio, won their singles matches against players from Mt. Aloysius. They then teamed up to win the No. 1 doubles match.
