The Counseling Center offers a Relaxation Room designed to help students manage stress and practice self-care. This quiet, comfortable space includes resources such as a massage chair, calming music, mindfulness activities, and other relaxation tools. Enrolled students are welcome to use the Relaxation Room to take a break, decompress, or learn new stress-reduction techniques. We encourage students to take advantage of this space as part of maintaining their overall well-being.
To schedule time in the Relaxation Room, call 814-898-6504, or make an appointment online. It will ask for a password; please enter pco6504. Walk-in use may be available depending on the schedule.
