While registration isn’t required, we encourage you to sign up so we can keep you informed with updates and resources leading up to the event.
What to Expect
- Free Admission and Open to the Public: There’s no cost to attend, and all community members are welcome.
- Access to 100+ Employers: Employers eager to meet local talent like you!
- Meet Employers Face-to-Face: Engage with recruiters seeking candidates at all experience levels—offering internships, co-ops, part-time, and full-time roles.
- Explore Opportunities in Diverse Fields: Employers from business, technology, manufacturing, healthcare, engineering, and more will be in attendance.
- Networking and Interview Opportunities: Come prepared to make a great impression.
How to Prepare
- Register: Use the Job Seeker Registration web form to RSVP. This allows us to keep you updated with the latest resources and event information.
- Attend workshops: Résumé and interview prep workshops will be available in the Erie community to help you get ready.
- Research Companies: Starting in January 2025, a list of registered companies will be updated weekly on the Career Services webpage. Check back often to target the employers you’re interested in.
- Bring Résumés: Have plenty of copies of your résumé to hand out to employers.
- Dress Professionally: Make a strong first impression with attire appropriate for a professional environment.
- Prepare Your Elevator Pitch: Think of a quick introduction that highlights your experience, skills, and career goals.
Location and Parking
The fair is held across two locations on campus—Erie Hall and Reed Union Building. Free parking will be available in designated areas on campus, and event signage will help guide you to the fair.
