ROTC Scholarships

All Penn State Army ROTC scholarships offer the following benefits:

  • Resident or non-resident tuition paid in full up to $12,000.00
  • Lab, computer and activity fees paid in full
  • Up to $4500 annually, non-taxable spending allowance
  • $1,200 annual book allotment

Two-year scholarships

  • Apply no later than April of college sophomore year
  • Full benefits begin college junior year
  • Guaranteed reserve/national guard commissions available
  • Ask about the Leadership Training Course

Three-year scholarships

  • Apply no later than March of college freshman year
  • Full benefits begin college sophomore year
  • Ask about compressing your freshman courses

Four-year scholarships

  • Apply no later than January 10 of your senior year in high school
  • Full benefits begin freshman year
  • Ask about our overnight visit program
