Purpose
The Academic Computing Committee recommends policies, procedures, and other matters relating to academic computing, including planning for the future needs of the College. The Manager of Network and Information Systems and the Associate Dean serve as ex officio members.
Charges
- Review surveys from last academic year and make a list of prioritized action items for IT.
- Identify ways to make Academic Computing-related training more accessible.
- Comprehensive look at computer lab use across campus from a faculty perspective.
- Increase awareness of cyber threats across campus.
