Employer Registration

Registration opens July 1, 2026.

Complete Employer Registration

• You will receive an email from Penn State Behrend Career Services ([email protected]) with instructions on how to pay within one business day.
• Please note that your registration is not confirmed until payment is received.
• A campus map and parking pass will be sent one week before the event.

If you have immediate hiring needs—such as full-time roles for graduates or summer internships—you can post your opportunities on Nittany Lion Careers.

About the Career Fair

This event is expected to draw more than 1,400 candidates from Behrend and other area colleges and universities. Employers may recruit for full-time, internship, co-op, and part-time or summer positions, and/or provide career and organization information.

Event Features

• New sponsorship packages are available, offering registration, a prime table location with electric access, and promotional opportunities at an exceptional value!
• Electricity is available upon request on the registration form (additional cost), or included with Silver, Gold, Platinum, or Diamond sponsorship packages. Limited spots available.
• Space available for same-day or next-day interviews (additional cost).

Registration Information

• Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis; early registration is recommended.
• Space and safety limitations allow up to three representatives per table. Additional tables can be purchased for larger teams.
• Employers are encouraged to bring company displays, brochures, and name tags.

Employer Fees

• $300 for organizations with 50+ employees
• $50 for organizations with fewer than 50 employees
• Each registration includes one six-foot table and lunch for recruiters.
• Registrations are non-refundable. However, if you cancel before the deadline, you may transfer your fee to the next career fair (limit of one transfer).

Additional Options and Fees

• Electric access: $50
• On-campus interviews: $30 per table
• Additional Table: $300

1/4-Page Ad in Event Program - $125

Feature your company in the event program with a 1/4-page ad. The program is distributed to all participating employers and job seekers, offering lasting exposure beyond the event.

Full-Page Ad in Event Program - $250

Maximize your visibility with a full-page ad in the event program. This is a prime opportunity to make a strong impression on students, job seekers, and employers alike.

Digital Signage - $500 per semester

Promote your company across campus with digital signage displayed in multiple high-traffic areas for an entire semester. This is a great way to reach the student body and maintain visibility long after the career fair.

Sponsor a Suit for the Career Closet - $200

Help students look their best for interviews by sponsoring a suit for the Career Closet, a service that provides professional attire for students to borrow. Your sponsorship will cover the cost of one complete professional outfit, and you’ll receive recognition in the Career Services office and at the event.
