Schedule Highlights and Important Dates
Friday, August 21
- First-year resident students: Move-in takes place on Friday, August 21.
- Transfer and change-of-campus students: You are also welcome to participate that day.
- New commuter students: Please plan to join us for commuter programming later that afternoon on Friday, August 21:
- Commuter Check-In, 5:00 p.m., 117 Reed
- Commuter Presentation, 5:30 p.m., 117 Reed
- Commuter Dinner, 6:15 p.m., Bruno's Café
- All students: Stick around to meet your new classmates and enjoy our annual Nittany Night Out.
- Rideshare users should set their destination to "4205 College Drive, Erie, PA."
Saturday, August 22
- New students: Academic Convocation and School Welcomes are required.
- Club events, the annual Sandblast Volleyball Tournament, THON on the Lawn, and the Welcome Back Carnival are ongoing throughout the weekend into the first week of classes. All Behrend community members are welcome!
- For updates, please visit Discover, New Student Orientation, and download the Penn State Go app from your mobile app store.
Sunday, August 23
- Returning students: Access to the residence halls for arrival and move-in begins Sunday, August 23.

Monday, August 24
