Quality Improvement and Assessment
Health Center staff members strive to integrate quality improvement activities across departments. Multi-disciplinary, interdepartmental groups continually address a variety of issues that will help improve the quality and timely delivery of services. In addition, customer satisfaction surveys are conducted regularly to obtain customer feedback about the quality of services offered.
