Students from Diehl and Rolling Ridge elementary schools raced custom-built plastic model cars during the annual PLASTCar competition at Penn State Behrend on Dec. 11. The students design the cars; engineering students at Penn State Behrend work with them to produce functional 3D models, which are raced on an elevated track.
