Pennsylvania Sea Grant launches research video series

Pennsylvania Sea Grant, a program supported by Penn State and the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, has launched a new video series featuring eight research projects conducted across the commonwealth. The projects, funded by the Pennsylvania Sea Grant program, address pressing coastal, watershed and community-based issues.

Behrend wrestling team wins twice at AMCC duals

The Penn State Behrend wrestling team defeated Penn State Altoona and Alfred State at the Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference duals at Pitt-Bradford on Jan. 11. Cole Neil, a sophomore from St. Marys, and Steffan Lynch, a sophomore from North East, each posted a 3-0 record.

Top student teams awarded $4,500 in first phase of Nittany AI Challenge

Fifteen student teams using artificial intelligence (AI) to make the world a better place have been awarded a total of $4,500 ($300 each) in the Prototype Phase of the Nittany AI Challenge. This year’s Nittany AI Challenge includes new partners and resources providing even more opportunities for student success.
