Lean Six Sigma is the business analytic approach for continuous improvement that optimizes performance through the reduction and elimination of variance and waste. Our four-module Six Sigma Black Belt Certification course blends classroom experience with hands-on activities to provide skills that can be applied immediately, including:

- Business justification analysis methods

- Value stream improvement
- Lean scheduling

All classes are taught by Six Sigma Master Black Belts, who are subject matter experts and share a wealth of real-world experience, and consist of four seven-week modules.

Cost: $3,200 ($200 discount if registered by 1/29)
