Yingxin "Cindy" Wu, a senior majoring in nursing at Penn State Behrend, has been named recipient of the 2023 Ralph Dorn Hetzel Memorial Award. Twenty-two Penn State Behrend students traveled to Fort Myers, Florida, over spring break to assist with clean-up from Hurricane Ian. "Nothing I'd be doing at home would even come close to the impact I can have in Florida," said one student of the experience.
