Course Outline
The seven-week certificate program will explore the various processes, capabilities, and best practices for building and running a Project Management Office or Organization (PMO).
This is a great opportunity for those already holding a PMP certification to gain continuing education credits (CEUs).
Throughout the training, we will discuss multiple cases and review many of the good practices for both traditional PMOs and the recently evolving Agile PMOs.
Participants are encouraged to discuss and share their experiences. The course will also provide selective tools and templates.
Upon completion, a digital badge will be awarded. Badges can be digitally displayed anywhere to recognize attaining a new level of knowledge.
Penn State is a Project Management Institute (PMI)® Authorized Training Partner (A.T.P.), committed to enhancing the ongoing professional development of both current and future PMI Members, PMI-Certified Project Management Professionals (PMP)®, and other project management stakeholders.
