The educational outreach programs of Penn State Behrend are open to all individuals who satisfy a given program’s academic criteria, regardless of gender or ethnicity. Even if a certain program is focused on encouraging a particular gender or ethnicity’s involvement, no one will be excluded on the basis of their gender or ethnicity.
