Fundamentals of Project Management

Program Overview

Successfully managing a project requires effective planning and adherence to the industry's best practices in every step of the process. By understanding the fundamentals of Project Management, you will be better prepared to initiate a project in your organization and position it for success. During this training, you will identify effective project management practices and related processes.

Learn tactics to run a successful project, beginning with how to create a project plan, implement it, draft communication plans, monitor progress, identify risks and issues, correct as necessary, and deliver as promised. Discover how to make projects an orderly progression of completed objectives through the development of a sound project lifecycle.

Date: December 11, 2025
Time: 9:00 a.m.–noon
Format: Online and instructor-led (You will receive the Zoom link for the workshop approximately one week before the workshop begins.)

What Students Say

“This training was much clearer than other project management trainings I have attended. Great job breaking it down and making it simple for the team and first-time attendees to a PM course."

“I had already taken project management as a part of my certification in school management and leadership, but this was much more interactive and helpful. The pacing was great, the slides and the discussion were on target, and Adam did a great job presenting. I learned a lot!”
