This week, we recognize three people and members of staff who go above and beyond what's asked of them in their work at the University. We're sending a "We Are!" to Penn Staters with Penn State Hazleton and Penn State Mont Alto, and a student at University Park who started at Penn State Behrend.
This spring Penn State expects to award 13,894 diplomas to students University-wide who are completing 226 associate, 11,435 baccalaureate, 1,590 master’s, 262 law, 244 doctoral and 137 medical degrees. The Integrative Studies Seed Grant Program, offered through the Penn State Office for General Education, will support 71 different course development projects this summer. The Penn State Behrend Concert Band’s annual spring performance will be held Tuesday, April 18, at 8 p.m. in McGarvey Commons at the college. The program, titled “Journeys” is intended to be a musical travelogue across several continents.
