Penn State Behrend celebrates fall 2022 graduates

Penn State Behrend awarded 230 undergraduate and graduate degrees at the college’s fall commencement ceremony. The Dec. 16 program, which was held in Junker Center, featured an address by Joseph W. Snyder, retired president and co-founder of Process and Data Automation.

Campaign raises more than $75 million for Penn State Behrend

At the conclusion of the University's six-year fundraising effort, “A Greater Penn State for 21st Century Excellence,” Penn State Behrend had much to celebrate: The college had raised more than $75 million — an amount well above the original Behrend campaign goal of $52 million.

Behrend student benefits from RaiseMe transfer scholarship

Titus Fuller earned scholarship funding for good grades and the completion of core courses at a community college. He’s now completing a degree in industrial engineering at Penn State Behrend. RaiseMe scholarships provide up to $7,000 in funding for students who transfer from community colleges to a four-year college or university.

Behrend basketball team opens season 2-0

The Penn State Behrend men’s basketball team opened its season with wins over Bethany and Thiel. Tommy DiRienzo, a junior from Pittsburgh, scored 21 points against Bethany and 18 against Thiel.
